"Apparat is the stage name for Sascha Ring, a German electronic musician living in Berlin and was previously a co-owner of Shitkatapult records. Starting out with dance floor-oriented techno, he later started to create ambient music and more recently became more interested in designing sounds than beats. He collaborated with Ellen Allien in 2003 on the album 'Berlinette', and again in 2006 on the album 'Orchestra of Bubbles'. In 2009 he released an album with Modeselektor under the name Moderat on BPitch Control. In 2011, he syigned with the British Mute Records label, where he released his record 'The Devil's Walk'. His new album 'Krieg und Frieden - Music for Theatre', based on Sebastian Hartmann's theatre production of Tolstoy's 'War and Peace', will be out on Mute on Februar 15th 2013."

"Phil Madeiski is a rising Viennese underground DJ and producer with South Tyrolean roots. In 2011 he rediscovered the soul of dance music in house, deep house and disco, restructured his record collection, digging back and forth between 1989 and present age and consequently got himself back on the decks.
