Yoga Portraits mit Kate Steiner "ACTIVATE YOUR RADIANCE"

English Yoga Teacher and Artist, Kate Steiner is holding her first solo exhibition here in Vienna!
Exhibition: 22nd June - 6th July
Her work explores the relationships we have to our bodies whilst practicing yoga and the energy that is activated when we are in a state of acceptance and at peace with ourselves.
This beautiful exhibition will show works from her Yoga Portraits series as well as a small selection of her Special Collection of pieces based on an investigation of T. S. Eliot’s poetry achieved for her MA.
COME ALONG TO THE OPENING NIGHT TO VIEW THESE BEAUTIFUL PORTRAITS AND LISTEN TO GREAT MUSIC!
We have a wonderful evening planned for you with a very special concert starting at 7pm by Beleza Pura Duo who will play a show consisting of Brazilian Bossa Nova’s and their own compositions!

As well as the opening night, Kate will also be offering 3 Powerful 'Embracing your Uniqueness' Self-Love yoga workshops in the gallery space throughout the duration of the exhibition.
These fun and engaging workshops will explore the relationship you have to your body, effortlessly melting away blocks and setting a more positive intention towards yourself and how you view your body.

24th June @ 10.30am - 12pm
1st July @ 10.30am - 12pm
6th July @ 6.00pm - 7.30pm
WORKSHOPS - €18 pp

We will delve a little into
° meditation
° breathing techniques
° focused yogic movement (asana)
° self massage and deep relaxation.
