>Breathing & Relaxation<
Peter Clifford is 72 years old and has been practicing Yoga for more than 50 years. During this workshop he will share his secrets to living a healthy and fulfilling life through Anahata Yoga - the art of opening the heart.
This 3 hour workshop focuses on the breath as the key to vitality and relaxation, in order to be able to keep stress levels low, even in a modern western world. This is essential for a healthy and balanced life.
The breath is the key to control our nervous system. By choosing to use different breathing techniques, you can energise, balance or calm your body and mind; which can enhance your quality of life enormously.
Relaxation is important, to put your body and mind into a resting and restorative state, so that it can use the energy to mend and heal itself.
If you want to learn about different breathing techniques, various Pranayama-Asanas to increase the quality of breath and learn to bring yourself in a deep stage of relaxation, then we kindly invite you to book this Workshop.
This one-off 3 hour workshop will be held in the English language. If you need a interpreter, please let us know.
