We put so much energy into having a happy life, but often we feel we are not getting any closer to our goal. It seems there are so many difficult situations and challenging people that it is just not possible to experience the life we want; but it is possible if we know where we want to go and just how to get there.
In this 6-week series, we will take practical steps on the Buddhist path of loving kindness and see how growing our kind heart is the quickest and most direct road to happiness.
The guided meditations will bring about very positive changes in us, are easy to apply and relevant to everyone. Each class will include guided meditations and a talk. After the class we invite you to tea, biscuits and a discussion.
